The event is held under the auspices of Martin Baxa, Minister of Culture of the Czech Republic, Peter Harvánek, member of the Moravian-Silesian Region Council for Culture and Monument Preservation, and Lucie Baránková Vilamová, Deputy Mayor of the City of Ostrava.
